Rudraksha Bracelet

Rudra is one of the names of Shiva, and "Aksa" means tear or tears, so Rudraksha is translated as "tears of Shiva". According to Vedic texts, one day Shiva, while meditating, realised the suffering of living creatures and began to shed tears of compassion. From these tears sprouted the seeds of the Rudra tree.

In the yogic and Ayurvedic tradition, Rudraksha is considered a powerful natural amulet. These sacred seeds are believed to promote concentration, bestow inner peace, and help reduce stress levels. They bring general well-being, health, and freedom.

Meditating with a Rudraksha seed mala, or wearing it against the skin, is believed to bring numerous benefits, such as increasing the ability to concentrate, bestowing peace and mental clarity, improving memory, reducing stress and anxiety, strengthening the heart, balancing the nervous system, and providing divine protection.
